Summary
Operates video cameras, lighting and related equipment and programs to produce and edit company videos for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, product promotion, internal communications, and training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with cross-functional teams in the needs-analysis and planning of video productions including, but not limited to, storyboard and script development, site selection, and other production needs
- Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
- Computer edits video segments
- Maintains and indexes library of raw video footage for future video uses
- Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties.
- Maintains equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in videography, post-production, and / or related discipline
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment.
- Ability to configure, operate and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting, and associated production equipment.
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
- Proficiency in Adobe post-production products – in general: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
