The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the entire operation of a branch; from ensuring the attainment of sales goals to overseeing everyone provides excellent customer service. This also ensures that the branch office has all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order. In this position, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Track and chart the OTD (On-Time Delivery) and the service requirements of the customer accounts serviced out of branch.
Meet all customer requirements and resolve any corrective action. Conduct yearly customer surveys and review with local staff.
Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all customers and work team.
Personnel:
Identify, quantify, and maintain the necessary manning levels budgeted under the branch or branches you manage.
Able to interview, hire, train and discipline personnel with continuous motivation and professional development for your employees.
Provide yearly performance appraisals with branch personnel by conducting face to face meetings to review each performance objectives.
Secure company assets and accountability:
Adhere to the Safety programs, housekeeping and security responsibilities set forth by senior management.
Secure of company owned inventory assets.
Maintain equipment and maintenance records where applies.
