Description
As a Customer Development Coordinator, you will spend most of your time helping sales and marketing teams with various outbound outreach efforts. You will help discover target customers, make sure we are a good fit for each other, and show them the value we bring to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and grow the top-of-funnel of the sales pipeline.
- Lead the charge on outbound prospecting and correspondence via phone and email.
- Identify, qualify, and research prospective CPGs which are within SupplyPike's target market.
- Identify key decision-makers within these prospective companies, leveraging resources like LinkedIn.
- Cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications, understanding their pain points, and communicating SupplyPike's business benefits.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on new approaches to reach the target audience.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers.
- Organized and excellent at time management and problem-solving and able to effectively communicate status to multiple parties.
- Able to build positive relationships with people at SupplyPike through clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Knowledge of technologies like Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite, or other CRMs a huge plus.
- Experience in enterprise software sales is a huge plus.
