What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychologist position at Supportive Care LLC?

Supportive Care is a behavioral healthcare company. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of mental health, psychological and pharmacological services to elderly residents of skilled nursing homes, rehabilitation centers and assisted living facilities throughout the United States.

We are seeking a Psychologist or Social Worker, LCSW to provide psychotherapy in a nursing home setting.

Job Duties:

  • Meet with residents
  • Create individual care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation

Administrative Work:

We give providers the autonomy of a private practice without the administrative hassles

  • We setup the caseload (no need for cancellations or referrals)
  • Credentialing
  • Billing
  • Insurance
  • Authorizations and other administrative work

Flexible Work Schedule:

  • Self-determine schedule between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday
  • Part-time or full-time

Compensation:

  • $500.00 to $700.00 per day or more Psychologist
  • $400.00 to $500.00 per day or more LCSW

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed in New York State
