What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter/Powder Coat Technician position at Suppressed?

Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm
General
Prepares and sprays surfaces of manufactured products with protective or decorative material, such as paint and/or powder coat.
Experience Requirements
- Reliable individual with a great attention to detail and a strong background in powder coating and industrial painting for a fast paced environment.
- Applies powder coat and adjusts equipment to ensure proper coverage.
- Understands, maintains, and operates mechanical functions of equipment in paint area.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, shop drawings, blueprints and procedure manuals.
- Ability to operate Nordson Encore LT Powder Spray System.
- Ability to use simple tools for light assembly work.
- Knowledge of water-base paint a PLUS!
- Mechanical knowledge a PLUS!
- Very high end quality requirements (i.e., auto, motorcycle).
