Supreme Spa and Pool is Lincoln, NE most trusted and fastest growing spa and pool retailer. We will be interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Service Writer at 5001 Rentworth Ct, Lincoln, NE 68516. Our Customer Service platform, outstanding inventory selection, professional pool building expertise, and independent ownership truly set us apart in this market.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of customer service experience. Experience on delivering technical trade service over the phone preferred but not required
• Provide a high level of customer service to meet/exceed our customers' needs
• Coordinate with manufacturers for troubleshooting and part replacements.
• Support our service technicians, delivery, sales and construction by communicating on-going service needs
• Demonstrate accuracy in entering transactions into our P.O.S. system and completing necessary documents to insure a streamlined service experience for all parties
• Maintain a high level of organization through scheduling, inventory, labor and billing using the proper systems available.
• Be able to multitask with customer follow up, collecting payments, processing paperwork by leveraging time management skills
• Partner with Service Department Personnel for day-to-day responsibilities
