We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented remote hospitality specialist to foster positive relationships with clients by receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more enjoyable. Remote hospitality specialists are also responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change.
To be successful as a remote hospitality specialist, you must be friendly and be able to remain calm and professional if clients are upset. A good hospitality specialist puts the needs of the client first to ensure that they continue to use our services.
Responsibilities
- Collect client feedback about their experience

Requirements
- Prior experience with customer service
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to network and build relationships
- Must be 18 years old and be authorized to work in U.S.
- Must be comfortable working remotely from home and with minimal supervision
Salary : $32,000 - $52,000
