What is the Administrative Coordinator role at Sur-Seal?
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to all functions as well as act a primary backup for shared services functions.
Who is the ideal candidate?
The Administrative Coordinator must be a customer-focused professional with excellent time management skills. Highly organized with superior data entry accuracy skills, this individual will also be very detail-oriented with the ability to learn and back up various functions and roles as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a positive attitude, and can be trusted to maintain confidentiality with sensitive personnel information.
Sur-Seal Administrative Coordinator Accountabilities:
- Answering phones and directing callers to the proper team member
- Answering customer questions relating to order and/or shipment status
- Greeting visitors, gathering necessary information
- Managing office mail and office supplies
- Setting up meetings and luncheons as needed
- Executing order/shipping confirmations
- Entering raw material purchase orders
- Acting as backup to AP/AR processing as needed
- Acting as backup to order entry, purchasing, and shipping
- Acting as primary onsite HR support for employees
- Recruiting and placing help wanted ads and scheduling interviews
- Contacting temporary staffing agencies if required
- Reviewing and submitting timecards for temporary staffing
- Organizing and maintaining record storage files for Sales and Purchase Orders
- Creating Quarterly report reports for on-time delivery metrics
- Completing additional duties as requested by the General Manager
The ideal candidate for the Administrative Coordinator role at Sur-Seal has the following:
- High School Diploma, required
- 1-3 years of prior office administration experience, preferred
- Strong level of expertise in all Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Superior oral and written communication skills

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
