```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in guest services, customer service, or hospitality preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus - Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage for better guest relations - Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within the hospitality industry.
