Job Details:

- 3:30 pm - 2:00 am

Responsibilities:
- Remove paint, rust, and other material build-ups from rough surfaces using specialized equipment that sprays abrasive materials. The material is typically a mixture of coarse sand and compressed air. High pressure forces the mixture through a hose to smooth or clean the surface
- Read work orders and production schedules to ensure completion in an efficient and timely manner
- Troubleshoot, clean, and repair machines regularly or call for repairs to be made
- Work with team to meet company deadlines, quotas, and goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Comply with health hand safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Position Requirements:
- Previous Sandblasting experience is required
- Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Required to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Engage in repetitive motions including squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Great attendance and punctual
