Responsibilities:
- Support warehousing operations of Ideal Warehouse Innovations and related companies.
- Participate in work scheduling and prioritization
- Actively work to improve and maintain on-time delivery KPI
- Actively participate in the quality verification and control process
- Train and support warehousing staff
- Create, print, apply labelling as required
- Responsible for preparing and processing daily picklist
- Responsible for processing assembly and production orders
- Responsible for all inbound receiving of materials in the ERP system for central Warehouse
- Responsible for all outbound shipments in the ERP system for central Warehouse
- Prepare and post transfers
- Execute inventory put-away checklist for all inbound loads
- Execute inbound QA process
- Execute Outbound QA process
- Responsible for Audit of mapped inventory locations and ensure all items are stored at their proper home locations
- Provide audit report to procurement and operations team
- Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years of billing, accounts payable, administration experience
- May provide support in operations, involving some physical effort
- Previous experience in an ERP system is an asset
- Computer skills including Excel is required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
