Job Title: Facility Integration EUC Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of outsourced vendor and service provider resources for facility integration projects.
- Selection and management of PC (desktop, laptop, tablet) and printer equipment, including maintaining accurate counts.
- Coordination of equipment orders through IT procurement processes.
- Planning and coordination of onsite field service and PC-related activities.
- Design and setup of desktop environments for end users.
- Installation assistance for devices and applications.
- Tracking costs and collecting data related to EUC and field service activities.
- Providing end user training for all EUC and field service deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in facility integration, end user computing, and field service management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors, service providers, and end users.
- Knowledge of IT procurement processes and equipment selection.
- Experience with cost tracking and data collection.
- Ability to provide engaging end user training on EUC and field service deliverables.
