OR Materials Management Assistant
Job Posting for OR Materials Management Assistant at Surgery Partners Brand
Motivated person to assist OR staff with surgical patient needs. Additional duties to include: ensuring departments have adequate supplies for patient load, assisting with building maintenance and filling in for materials manager as needed.
Under the direction of the Materials Manager performs a variety of planning, procuring, and distribution of supplies, equipment and services for the surgical centers. Performs value analysis activities as necessary. Assist A/P with reconciliation of invoices.
- Assist Materials Manager with receiving and distributing supplies
- Data entry of supplies and inventory
- Assist with Facility maintenance
- Daily/weekly/monthly security checks
- Fill in for Materials Manager as needed
Minimum Requirements
High School Degree and be able to lift boxes, equipment and patients.
- Assist OR staff with surgical patient needs throughout each day
