Job Description: We at Surveillance Security Inc. are building a team of reliable and professional operators for our command center located at our corporate office here in Gilbert, AZ. The command center must be operated 24/7/365 and is responsible for all non-emergency and emergency calls from our Security Officers in the field and managing schedules and vacancies to remain in compliance with our contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate the command center
  • Coordinate and schedule Security Officers for various contract locations
  • Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions
  • Effectively communicate with Area Managers and Corporate Staff
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate field report records
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned within corporate office and command center

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's license required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time:
  • 3 Full Time positions
  • 2 Part Time positions
