Susquehanna Ford is looking for an individual to fill the role of Hybrid Sales/Finance Manager. The right individual will have a well-rounded experience level in automotive sales, will need to show the ability to meet and exceed goals, as well as provide an excellent customer service experience. We are looking for individual who has a strong ability to overcome objections, can focus on the details, and wants to grow with a progressive company. This must all be done while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a commission position with income based on production, product penetration, and meeting and exceeding goals. Previous management and finance experience within the industry is preferred, but not required.
