Growth Equity Portfolio Value Creation Analyst

Overview

As a Portfolio Value Creation Analyst, you will work with our value creation team, portfolio companies, and the Susquehanna investment team to accelerate growth and increase efficiency. The analyst role is an opportunity to work with high-growth technology, franchise, and services companies (with $5-100M revenue) on a breadth of strategic topics. You will quickly gain valuable experience interacting directly with portfolio company leadership on go-to-market, pricing, international expansion, and other strategic projects. The value creation team supports Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) and Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC) portfolio companies.

Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC) was founded in 2016 and funded by the founders of Susquehanna International Group, LLP, one of the world's largest privately held financial services firms. With its flexible approach to investing, SPC partners with founders, entrepreneurs, and operators to build businesses with enduring value. SPC targets U.S.-based companies in the business, consumer, and franchise services sectors with $3 million to $20 million in EBITDA.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead specific value-added projects with portfolio company executives and other members of the value creation team
• Play a key role in onboarding new portfolio companies and executing value creation plans
• Benchmark metrics, capabilities, and best practices to identify opportunities and risk
• Strengthen the SGE portfolio company community
• Collaborate with the head of and members of portfolio value creation, as well as the investment team, to evolve the function and impact

What we’re looking for

• 0-2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, venture capital/private equity, or similar industry
• Impressive academic record with a 3.5 minimum GPA
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and working with high-growth tech businesses
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
• Must be willing to relocate to Philadelphia and work in the office five days per week
