WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
- INFORMATION GATHERINGObserves, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all relevant sources.
- WORKING WITH COMPUTERSLeverages computers and software/applications to enter data, processes information, & communicates.
- COMMUNICATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS
- Communicates with individuals outside of the organization, represents the organization to customers and the public.

WORK DUTIES
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSBuilds rapport with external partners
- CUSTOMER QRCs ( QUESTIONS | COMPLAINS | REQUESTS )- Seeks necessary information to answer or solve customer QRC in a timely and thoughtful manner
–Reviews & Enters Customer POs / Change Orders / Price Confirmation
– Creates Customer Shipping Schedule & Documents & Invoices

EXPERIENCE
- PROFESSIONAL WORK3-4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role
- EDUCATION2 or 4 year degree in business or a related field
