Job Description

Amount of pay depends on experience.

Technical: As an SWT Service Technician responsibilities will include the following:

  • Provide water analysis and documentation to customers at assigned accounts. Provide copies of service and/or water analysis to direct manager.
  • Meet with customers to discuss issues and or improvements needed at each account. Contact should be made with the customer on every service provided.
  • Maintain chemical inventory at each account. Contact manager if additional chemicals need to be ordered for a specific account and/or the warehouse.
  • Maintain chemical feed equipment and make minor repairs as needed. Contact customer if new or additional equipment should be provided.
  • Provide and maintain SDS at each location for chemicals used on site.
  • Look for other opportunities at current accounts such as equipment, filtration, commodity items, etc.
  • Clean cooling towers if specified in contract or requested by the customer.'

'Work Location: Multiple locations throughout NC

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
