Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a high level of accuracy when completing tasks
- Typing skills of 30 WPM
- high school diploma/GED.
