Inside Sales Representative
Do you have proven consultative sales skills? Have you helped to grow accounts by listening to your customers and addressing their issues? Are you ready to be trained on something new while to supporting existing customers who've already expressed an interest in learning more about our client's products?
We are seeking energetic, personable and creative individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support the sales efforts of one of our digital media clients. This is very much a consultative sales position that requires charismatic individuals with proven listening and analytical abilities who can build trust and rapport with people over the phone. In turn, we'll provide you with the leads, the training and the technology to support you during each and every call.
The Role
In this position, you will connect with existing B2B clients and help to optimize the performance and results of their social media ad spend. You will work with customers by leading and managing their digital marketing initiatives; analyze and interpret relevant data; and make recommendations to grow their business. Those with previous B2B experience will be particularly well suited for this role. Additionally, digital or social media experience, or a background working in a media planning or buying position at an advertising or media agency are strong pluses.

- 2-3 years of experience supporting customers with a solutions mindset and compassionate, helpful nature via phone
- Knowledge of the various social/digital media ad platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and TikTok Ads, etc)
- Experience monitoring, tracking, and assessing success of marketing strategies and making recommendations for optimization
