Responsible for all tasks that lead to the successful recruitment of new physicians. Keeps the candidates and the customer well informed and ensures that all referencing and credentialing paperwork is completed and referred in a timely manner, while working closely with the physician recruiter. Assists in developing philosophies, plans, strategies and tactics that ensure the success of the physician recruitment process.Two years of administrative support experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, human resources, or sales is sought for the Physician Recruitment Assistants.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of recent and relevant experience in an administrative support function.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.
- Customer service skills and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to handle confidential information.
- Must be able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, work at a high level of accuracy, work with timelines and problem solve in real time situations
- General skills in computer applications and office equipment including MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay Range is $28.25 to $40.95 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
