As a member of the health care team, the Respiratory Care Practitioner functions under the direction of the physician and collaborates the RN who is responsible for coordinating patient care activities. The RCP interacts with various hospital personnel, patients, and families utilizing customer service philosophies while maintaining confidentiality. Performs respiratory care procedures and cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests on a routine and emergency basis.Job Description:
Pay Range: 42.89-53.32The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
