Job Description

SVN Commercial Partners - ROI Group is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our high-performing team as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who aspire to build a successful career in the competitive world of commercial real estate. This opportunity is 100% commission based with unlimited income potential. Typical independent contractors make over $200K within 2-3 years.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify potential investment opportunities.

- Assist in the underwriting process, including financial analysis and market research.

- Collaborate with senior team members to create investment strategies and present opportunities to clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.

- Provide exceptional client service and guidance throughout the investment sales process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- High degree of motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, competitive industry.
