What you need to have:

• A strong desire to learn and excel in the commercial real estate industry.

• Previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage or sales is advantageous but not required.
• Arizona real estate license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
• Some college or equivalent alternative education or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).

We build demand for our properties through our shared fee incentives, online marketing platforms, and SVN | Live weekly property broadcasts. *This is a 100% commission-based position. New hires can make $20 50K in their first year, with the potential to double year-over-year the first three years. Then, top earners are well into six figures.
