- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Manage communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
- Handle special projects and tasks as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JazzHR or Indeed
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and other recruitment tools/software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively cold call potential candidates and build relationships
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning and workforce planning
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
