Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 & PeopleTools 8.57 or higher
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft modules – core HR, Self-service modules, Global Payroll, Base benefits & Benefits administration.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM application Development
- Good analytical skills
- Good understanding of PeopleTools – Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, AWE and PS queries.
- Should have experience in incident analysis and incident management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Need to be Self driven and Proactive and Able to handle small IT team and train the junior members
- Take complete ownership and responsibility of work items / Shift
- Ability to learn new things
- Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts and support during week ends
