We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Orthopedic Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a member of our orthopedic care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in orthopedic care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
