EDUCATION/TRAINING: One year of phlebotomy experience preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Phlebotomy certification preferred. Bi-Annual CPR certification. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required. Knowledge of medical terminology and a variety of laboratory techniques.# Ability to establish effective working relationships and clearly communicate with patients, medical staff and the public.# Computer experience required.##
