Job Posting for Server/Cashier at SWEET CAROLINE'S

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers in person & over phone for custom orders.
  • Providing first class experience for all customers.
  • Preparing and selling a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages.
  • Selling pastry, breads, soups to go , etc from Bakery counter.
  • Constantly ensuring cleanliness and order in Front of House.
  • Waiting café tables, taking orders accurately and providing drinks in timely manner
  • Checking in on customer tables for waste, re-fills, desserts, pre-bussing, etc.
  • Maintain smile and positive attitude while handling conflict resolution if necessary
  • Manage and work alongside a close knit team of 3 to 5 staff to keep the front running smoothly at all times.

Required Characteristics:

  • An extroverted and vivacious personality.
  • PUNCTUAL & DEPENDABLE
  • Top notch customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with high customer traffic.
  • Taking initiative and working well without constant supervision.
  • Attention and an eye for detail.
  • Flexible and works well with a team.

Competitive hourly wage plus tips. We are open Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. NO NIGHTS. Sundays and Mondays are always off. Saturday availability is required. Opportunity for growth within the organization. Previous Food Service and Customer Service Experience please.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
