Sales Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently
