Job Title: Tasting Room Bartender
Wage: $5.00/hour plus tips, non-exempt
Reports to: Tasting Room Manager and Assistant Tasting Room Manager
Summary: The ideal candidate will be an energetic, friendly, motivated, outgoing and hardworking individual who takes initiative. Flexibility in schedule is required. Proficient computer skills is a must.

Job Description

- Be able to increase sales by providing outstanding service.
- Clear and reset tables and clean bathrooms in Dinning and tasting room.
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Complete opening and closing duties under the direction of owners and managers.
- Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience a plus
- A passion for Craft beer
- Be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be 21
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Must have exceptional communication skills.
- Must love dogs.
- Possess a can do work ethic.
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of position description.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of service/hospitality industry experience is preferred
- Cicerone Beer Server certification a major plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
