What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Sweetliving Inc?
Responsibilities:
- The Owner is actively seeking an individual to assist with daily business and personal
responsibilities.
- Handling correspondences, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and
organizing certain events.
- Taking notes on behalf of the Owner and must be able to drive the Owner locally.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Screening and directing telephone calls and distributing correspondences
- This candidate requires minimal supervision
- This individual must be flexible and reliable to run errands for the Owner and must have a good driving record. Must be able to go to Home Depot and Lowe's for purchases.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Must have an Associates degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
