Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation is looking for an energetic Activities Director to join our Leadership Team!

Position Overview

The Activities Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating recreational, social, and cultural activities. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for enhancing the overall well-being and quality of life for our residents through engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activity Planning - Plan resident-centered activities and maintain a monthly schedule.
  • Communication - Undertstand and implement resident preferences
  • Assessment and Evaluation - Ensure completed assigned activities documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
