SWPM values every team member, believes in having fun and being balanced. We are looking to hire an Experienced Community Manager for a community in Huntington, WV. Anticipated start date will be Summer 2023.
Our superstar Manager will have experience with lease up/new construction. Will work closely with the President, Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly and approachable, and professional.

Responsibilities:
- Market your community. Build relationships!
- Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
- Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
- Plan schedule and host resident events.
- Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
- Standing, lifting, bending
- Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- A professional, happy, trusting and respectful attitude is a must.
Benefits eligibility after 90-days includes Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off.
