Barista

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of musical instruments & pro audio gear is looking to add a Barista to our Crescendo Cafe. The Barista will be responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention to each customer. As a Barista, you will need to be a great multi-tasker, have strong customer service skills, and have the ability to make beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of food service experience, preferably in a coffee house environment. Candidates must have evening and Saturday availability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making and serving gourmet coffee beverages to customers in a timely fashion
• Clean and maintain general area on a regular basis
• Provide exceptional customer service to each person ordering at the Crescendo Cafe.
• Perform various cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned
• Responsible for replenishing, stocking, and upkeep of Crescendo bar.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Team-first attitude, willing to do whatever is asked of them

Bonus Qualifications:

• Any prior coffee, barista, or food service experience is strongly preferred
