Looking for Mechanics interested in full-time work with opportunity for growth! We're a smaller company looking for people willing to grow with us. We pride ourselves on having a good working environment. A fantastic staff and wonderful customers makes coming to work exciting and fun. We are open to a range of experience levels and open communication about skills that are currently possessed and skills that want to be acquired. We offer training through various manufactures, as we work on things as small as F150's to heavy equipment and in-shop on the job training.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Mechanical experience diagnosing and repairing required
  • Possess an appropriate tool set for the position or adjusted pay for providing tools
  • Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Diesel Engines; equipment experience preferred but not required
  • Welding and fabrication is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • Competent verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Experience performing DOT & BIT inspections; is a plus but not required *will provide training
  • Experience with air and hydraulic braking systems; is a plus but not required
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various types of light - medium duty vehicles and construction equipment in the field
  • Provide comprehensive day and vehicle reports to central staff
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction prior to leaving job site; communication & cleanliness
  • Keep mobile van and shop area clean and hazard free
  • Our Mechanics will be compensated based on past experience. We also provide paid-time-off, workers compensation and various benefit opportunities.

  • Basic computer and internet literacy
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Use computer diagnostic equipment
