Provide leadership and direction for production team to ensure conformance to safety and quality standards, meet delivery targets, and achieve financial goals. This role requires a strong background in employee development, team leadership, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Production Supervisors to achieve key performance measures.
  • Ensure safety and environmental protocols and guidelines are met to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Ensure all Company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures are followed.
  • Lead, manage, and develop assigned personnel to maintain a safe, happy, well-organized, and efficient work environment and a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Assist in recruiting, selection, transfer, compensation, promotion, and termination decisions for operations personnel.
  • Facilitate the establishment and implementation of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, 5S, and cycle-time reduction.
  • Develop and manage the department's budget, controlling costs while meeting production goals.
  • Support development of standard work and ensure employees are well trained.
  • Perform other assignments as required.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • 10 years' experience in manufacturing environment and at least 5 years in a supervisory role, bachelor's in Engineering or Operations Management preferred.

  • Proficiency in using computer software for production planning and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
