How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a

Service Advisor , you will be responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base.

You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like : Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and ManagersGreet customers promptlyMeet with customers and review services owed from point of purchase of their vehicleIncrease customer satisfaction by building relationshipsMaintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and employee and community relationsMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequentlyIncrease profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotionsOversee the technician working on customer vehicles including their time management / efficiency, ordering of parts, and job completion timesParticipate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriateExplain all work completed to customers
