How You Will Make an Impact
Our guests seek luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Smog Certified Diagnostic Technician, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for delivering elevated hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
- Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
Skills Needed to Win:
- At least 18 years of age
- Currently holds a smog inspector's license
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
- A strong desire to succeed
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- A strong focus on customer service
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record
