We are currently seeking an Associate Designer to assist in the administration of account management to the Sr. Account Manager in our Santa Fe Springs, CA location
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate shipping, share tracking info and track packages to and from NY team, customers, or meetings
· Trend research to support for mood boards and design presentations
· Manage artwork, strike offs, fabric samples, bulk approvals for production
· Track and follow-up on office supply orders
· Assist with technical sketches, line sheets as well as art engraving forms for print mills
· Support creation of tech packs
· Adhere to T&A to ensure all deadlines are achieved
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in apparel related field preferred
Skills:
· Adobe Illustrator
· Photoshop
· Some knowledge of PLM
· Apparel experience preferred
· Must be familiar with office equipment
Working Conditions: office
Travel: occasional travel required (post covid)
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to stand, sit, and walk 8 hours/day
