Storm Water Project Manager/Estimator/Sales

Brentwood based Storm Water Management Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to manage existing projects and increase sales. We are looking for someone energetic and positive who will remain with the company long term and be part of our future growth and success. We are a solid company that has been in business for more than 24 years. The work environment is busy but fun. We have a dedicated team that is passionate about our company. Qualifications

· Superior organizational skills, common sense & attention to detail

· Project management and sales experience

· Ability to multi-task & prioritize, & solve problems efficiently

· Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision

· Goal oriented & can complete project/tasks on time

· Follow company procedures & direction from upper management

· Strong communication & customer service skills (verbal & written)

· Experience with Microsoft suite, Outlook, QuickBooks & Bluebeam

· Punctual & reliable. Quick learner & teachable

· Ability to research products & information

· Clean DMV, Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Number

· Ability to perform physical demands of site take-offs

· Construction Experience (Storm Water knowledge a plus)

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Ability to read construction plans

· Ability to lift 75 lbs. occasionally

. Daily combination of Job Site (Field) and Office

Responsibilities

· Communicate (written & verbal) & build relationships with clients in a professional manner

· Read & perform take-off from site plans

· Create estimates in HubSpot/Foundation

· Create site maps in Bluebeam

· Drive to various sites & perform take-offs for estimating

· Identify storm water devices for estimating

· Set-up, schedule, and manage awarded projects

· Operate and troubleshoot iauditor/iphones

· Troubleshoot & solve various problems for/with clients

· Perform client training (Lunch and Learns)

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
