Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Coordinate development and quality production of marketing collateral, including brochures, qualification packages, proposals, interview presentations, etc. Maintain quality control over output of proposals, qualification packages, printed materials, interview materials, etc. Facilitate pursuit kick-off meetings and shortlist interview preparation sessions Support the collection and maintenance of project and client database (Cosential/Unanet CRM) Develop and maintain employee resumes Provide follow-up, clarity and communication for each stage of marketing production assignments Interface with vendors (printers, photographers) as necessary Assist in planning and file storage of project and personnel photography Serve as a brand steward Accompany Business Managers as needed to regional events, job walks or pre-qualification meetings Assist with development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets for business unit Work as a team player in a collaborative environment against multiple deadlines Complete other responsibilities as assigned MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent Minimum five years Marketing Coordinator experience supporting the AEC industry Exceptional oral and written communication skills Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign Excellent attendance and punctuality Reliability, dependability and flexibility Proficient verbal and written English language skills Effective interpersonal skills Ability to work overtime, as required If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
