The role: 

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless communication between guests, the front of house operations team, and the sales department. Based in our centralized call center in New York, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests across all Swingers locations, providing assistance, information, and support to enhance their overall experience.
