In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and provide prompt and effective solutions. You will be the front-line representative of our company, interacting with customers through various communication channels to maintain positive relationships and enhance overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact, handling inquiries and concerns through phone and email channels.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly for enhanced satisfaction.
- In-depth understanding of products and services to optimize customer experience.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to swiftly resolve complex problems.
- Proactively engage existing customers to reinforce loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieveincentivebased upsales.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of customer service experiencepreferred.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Bilingual in Spanishpreferred.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through abilities.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent phone contact handling and active listening skills.
