A Brief Overview
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve volume targets for channel of business
- Achieve performance profit targets
- Train and develop account management team
- Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or
- equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required and
- Vehicle required in some locations required
- 4-6 years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required and
- 2-4 years previous experience in leadership role required and
- 2-4 years merchandizing or product delivery experience required or
- Successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Drives for Results
- Able to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strong presentation skills
- Customer Focus
Base pay range is $68,255 to $89,585 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
