What does a Pricing Process Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?As a Pricing Process Manager, you will be responsible for creating process improvements within the pricing and master Data Teams. You will do this by managing process enhancements while coordinating with master data, pricing, IT, and other applicable departments. You will be responsible for managing projects that fall within the pricing and master data teams. You will work with other bottlers to understand what processes we can benefit from bringing within the pricing and master data group. You will be responsible for managing the auditor/trainer positions with the goal of making this process more efficient, accurate and streamlined. You will also be responsible for the pricing analyst positions to ensure loads are done correctly, efficiently and analysts skill sets are utilized to help successfully execute process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Directly supports strategic business initiatives that rely on master data and pricing accuracy for their success by evolving processes, architecture and metrics.Lead pricing and master data engagement across business initiatives and IT partners to ensure final designs for assigned initiatives are aligned with North America Business System master data strategy.Delivers process improvements for master data and pricing business process and technology solutions.Leads development and deployment of master data and pricing solutions and capability across Swire.Determines and executes against opportunities to improve data quality and performance.Works with CONA (Coke One North America) and Swire leadership to determine and evolve data SLAs.Determines and implements master data domain supporting tools and technologies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Project Management certification strongly preferredWork experience that demonstrates understanding of sales, pricing, funding and data management policies, procedures, and practices4 years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry 2 years’ demonstrated project management experienceExperience leading business projects that span multiple business functionsAbility to analyze large volumes of data, identify potential issues and root causes and work with subject matter experts to develop solutions in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.Participation in projects requiring IT support Demonstrated ability to drive innovating business improvements Ability to set scopes and schedules to drive result from projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteTechnical knowledge of systems and hardwareUp to 25% travel with overnight staysPreferred Qualifications:2 years leading teams either in projects or as direct reports 2 years leading projects that span multiple departments2 years direct experience with SAP, preferably in a master data or pricing settingKnowledge of process development, design, and implementation Knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting and planningAdvanced excel and analytic/reporting suite tools (SQL, Macros, VBA, Power BI)Knowledge of MMUXT, SAP, CONA, Smartsheets
