What does a Blended Service Technician do at Swire Coca Cola
- Performing Fountain, Cooler, Vendor Maintenance and Repair ensuring their effective operation
- Understanding all Fountain Beverage dispensing equipment and related installation procedures
- Providing excellent customer experience
- Maintain Swire Coca-Cola’s standards of excellence
- Interacting with customers, supervisors and coworkers, company sales personnel and service dispatchers maintaining a good, and professional working relationships.
- Relocate and move soda fountains, glass door coolers, or vending machines.
- Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location.
- Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines, glass door coolers, and vending machines in an orderly sequence.
- Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory: Use hand held computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care.
- Report inventory accurately for business accountability.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Related experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Customer Service skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and twist
- Ability to work safely while using ladders and step stools
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
Preferred:
- 1 years of relevant experience (i.e. working in vending/fountain industry, general construction, electrician or other mechanical areas)
- Familiarity with fountain equipment operating procedures preferred
- Vocational training in electrical/mechanical areas is a plus
- Ability to use iPhone and apps
