What does a Forklift Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola? You get to drive a forklift! In the warehouse or on the production floor the forklift operator is responsible for moving products or materials with power tools and vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Operate industrial forklift and vehicles to relocate product within a warehouse or production facility
Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas after the product is produced
Load and unloading trailers, trucks, or pallets for delivery
Ensure that products are stacked and stored in compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Replenish material to the warehouse pick locations/bins from storage areas within the warehouse in a safe, accurate and efficient manner
Uses VMU computer and RF scanning device
Correctly rotate product/materials
Accurately completes pre-operation forklift inspection.
Perform required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet GMP Standards
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
Forklift certified or a willingness to be trained and become certified within 1 month
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
Ability to lift 50 pounds
