Greeter

The Greeter is responsible for providing luxury 5-star service while welcoming and escorting all brokers, clients, guests, and future residents to and from the Sales Gallery, located within Mandarin Oriental, Miami.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that perspective buyers, clients, brokers, and guests are warmly welcomed to the Sales Gallery, following the location’s luxury service guidelines.
• Liaise with Sales Gallery Guest Experience Concierge and Valet, to ensure all upcoming appointments have a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Inspect the arrival and departure journey to the Sales Gallery and ensure it represents a clean, warm, and welcoming environment always.
• Assist the Valet team as needed with car retrieval or parking of cars belonging to patrons of the Sales Gallery
• Liaise with the Sales Gallery team for any assistance required by housekeeping and/or engineering to ensure the Front Entrance of the hotel and the path to the Sales Gallery is impeccable and ready to always receive clients and guests.
• Liaise and guide inquiring brokers, prospective buyers, patrons, and guests without an appointment directly to liaise with the Fortune Sales Coordinator colleague positioned outside the Sales Gallery.
• Assist the team when required with greeting and offering welcome beverages and oshibori towels to perspective buyers and brokers to ensure they feel warmly welcomed into the Sales Gallery.  
• Maintain an updated knowledge of all the particulars of Mandarin Oriental, Miami Spa, La Mar, MO Bar, general hotel knowledge and current events to provide prompt answers to relevant queries.
• Create, when appropriate special conversations with all guests of the Sales Gallery which identify personal preferences, add to their profile record, and appropriately act upon during future visits.
• Demonstrate professional and discrete two-way radio communication via earpiece.
• Assist the Sales Team when needed with overall operations and on-site events of the Sales Gallery.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience Concierge and Valet the departure of clients and guests, assist with car retrieval, provide an escort back to their vehicles once appointments are complete, assist with gifting (water, branded chocolates in client car) etc.
• Assist the Fortune Sales Coordinator, Guest Experience Concierge, Sales Team and/or VP, Swire Residential with any additional tasks.  
• To attend training and meetings as and when required.
• To respond to any changes in the Sales Gallery as dictated by the needs of the industry or company. 
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within my capability, as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and Sales Gallery service needs.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of my job. 

• Work authorization in the United States required

• Valid US Driver’s License
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English
• Excellent overall communication skills
• Previous experience within a luxury hospitality or residential setting preferred
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization, and effective time-management skills
• Must have excellent grooming standards
• Flexible schedules and hours, willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required
