As a Tradeport Utility, you will be working at our Swisher’s Tradeport facility, located near the Jacksonville, FL airport. This is a 1st Shift starting at 7:00AM until work is completed with a minimum 4 hours up to 12 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products for customer orders
- Label/stamp and count customer orders
- Set aside and repair damaged products
- Arrange and stock pick areas
- Assist in the inventory process
- Unload/load import/export containers
- Sort and segregate pallets
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Adhere to all company work and safety rules
- Assist in executing other assignments as directed by the supervisor to support Tradeport safety policies and procedures
- Qualified personnel provide on-the-job training
Qualifications
- High school diploma and applicable technical knowledge required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, squat, and complete tasks on the floor
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
